December!

Well, I haven't done a blog since August. As I said when I started this new blog it would be a little hit and miss at getting them on regularly. I am however pleased with the amount I have managed to complete.

As we come into December I think bank to January when we were in lockdown, and we all wondered what this year would bring. All of us thinking and hoping that this year would see some positive changes.

It has certainly still been a difficult year for many people and as of yet there is no real end in sight, but I do think there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel somewhere up ahead.

We have all adapted and had to live in a different way as I thought from the start, but together we are getting there slowly as a new Covid Variant finds it way into the country.

Recently I held one of my development courses and had the chance to meet up with old and new faces. That sense of togetherness and being able to smile again in a group reinforced to me that this is about all of us doing our part, and together we can makes a big difference to so many.

We cannot live in fear of what is to come we have to face it together, helping each other and watching out for one another. This is the best way forward and as you always have been for me, I am here for you all.

Thank you Ellie and Tommy for making these blogs happen and for keeping me going this year, without you both kicking me up the arse I would have stayed in first gear!
